Very friendly staff, close to some of the best attractions Yokohama has like the sky garden, air cabins, the red brick building and 2 stops on the metro to china town. The access to the metro is right out the front of the hotel and only a short ride from Yokohama station. Large room, big desk and very comfortable bed.

The room was comfortable with two double beds that our family of four sleeps comfortable in. The bathroom was usual size and clean. The property sells discounted attraction tickets so do check with the staff at the reception. It has a convenience store located just around the corner and a short walking distance to the bus that takes you to Yokohama station.

The location is good, close to the cruise terminal, and you can actually walk there. Within walking distance to Chinatown. The room is not big but it's clean. Staff is very helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the waterfront in Yokohama. The Bashamichi Station exit 3 is only a few metres away. It is a very pleasant walk to the Sakuragichō Station (assuming no luggage) / Landmark building and also the Red Brick warehouse. It is a short taxi ride to the Osanbashi Cruise terminal. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Exceptional location - Super close to Bashamichi Station with an exit right outside the hotel entrance (there was an elevator to the station too a little down the street which was convenient.) It was also a short walk to JR Sakuragicho Station and the shopping malls in the area. The neighbourhood is also quiet and there are three convenience stores nearby and in the station. The bathroom was very clean and TV had access to YouTube as well which was nice. The bed was very spacious for a single person room and the room had sufficient space for a solo traveller. They also had a bunch of free amenities on the lobby floor which was very kind of them.

right next to metro station in a central location of Yokohama, the rooms are very clean and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would book the same hotel again.
