It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride from Yokohama Station and only a 3-minute walk from the Yokohama Landmark Plaza shopping center. There’s a Lawson convenience store on the second floor of the hotel. The service is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch.

What a beautiful hotel! Relaxing, immaculately clean, spacious and smelt amazing. I’d advise travellers to avoid paying extra for a bay view as you might just end up with a room that has a view of Fuji!

Overlooking view from the hotel room was an added attraction of the hotel. The room is big, clean and it has nice bathtub. The room style is modern.

Breakfast a good mix of Japanese and western style food. Location excellent for getting into Tokyo and Yokohama. Lots to see locally.

From the moment we arrived every member of staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The room was a good size, extremely clean with great large window. Big bed, perfect bath/shower room with separate WC. Towels and bed linen changed every day and water replenished too. Breakfast was a great experience with so much choice from salad to fresh fruit, pastries, delicious pancakes along with traditional Japanese dishes. Nice to be able to sit outside and take in the view or read a book. A wonderful experience and we will definitely return.

Our experience since staying in the Kyoto Mitsui is that their hotel and staff and food were excellent. The location of this hotel was so convenient as well. A beautiful and highly recommended place to stay. We wished we would have stayed in their Toyosu hotel, but at the time of booking we were unaware of their hotel. Thank you for a great stay.
