Very close to subway station and to pier. Breakfast was simply amazing with a very wide selection. Room was very spacious with lots of toiletries. Lobby was very elegant and with an excellent bar witrh live music. Definetely will be back next year for my usual stay in Yokohama.

Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom were a great size. Lots of storage for clothes. Location to the park and Chinatown is perfect. Staff are so friendly. The hotel was perfectly clean. I wish I could have stayed forever!

staff were friendly and always willing to help. They helped us forward the luggages and called our next hotel to confirm. The room was spacious. The location was excellent, Lawson just across the road, close to train stations, bus stops and local attractions. The limosine bus from Haneda airport stopped at NHK theatre which is just next to Hyatt.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and very well renovated. Beddings are very comfortable. I also appreciate the complimentary coffee and tea with the Delongi machine. Location is very strategic, very short distance from Nihon-Odori station and a short walk from Yokohama Chinatown.

Large rooms, staff were helpful. Loved the decor - especially the George Nakashima benches on the lobby. Breakfast was really good for a buffet style.
