There were 24-h restaurants around, and a shopping mall within the walking distance. The staff were all friendly, and helpful for keeping luggage there temporarily.

The staff will bring up your luggage to your room if you deposit them before the check-in period. Very friendly staff, able to converse in english enough. I placed Amazon orders days before my flight and they took care of them, which you can collect during your stay. There’s a Baskin Robin vending machine at the basement outside the public bath if you don’t wanna get your ice cream fix out in the cold. Plenty of connivence stores and small restaurants nearby. Overall, a fairly decent experience

Very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Love it that they brought our luggage to our room when it was available. Great to have the onsen in-house for free. Very generous with the beverage packets and toiletries, pity I didn't take more of the tea packets.

Really good location close to Yokohama station. Breakfast set were very nice and varied. Breakfast restaurant cozy. Bathtub was nice as well. Some of the staff were better at English than others, but all very friendly and helpful.

We like the location. A short 10 minutes walk from Yokohama Station. It is in a quiet location, yet not far from all the facilities like shopping and meals. All are within short walking distance.

Location quite easy to get to but too many bumpy path along the way. Hotel is also very near to all food places n even a big supermarket Cee U nearby. Hotel provided many amenities at the lobby for guests to use.
