Male guests are required to wear a jacket.Guests who wish to use a baby cot need to contact the hotel in advance.Guests can indicate smoking preference in the comment section at time of booking. However, please note that while the property will do its best to accommodate your requests, smoking preferences cannot be guaranteed.Major renovation work in the courtyard will be carried out from February 10, 2025 to August 29, 2025.
Renovation work is done from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.
Please note that the courtyard and view from some restaurants is temporarily inaccessible to guests.

We were on the executive floor (16th floor), the service in the Club lounge was excellent, the view from the room was just perfect, staff wonderful. We tried also the various restaurants and bar and the experience was very good

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location is great! Near the harbour and Chinatown. The hotel’s history was very interesting.

Generally satisfying staying experience, but not much particularly outstanding. Staff were nice and helpful. Facilities are sufficient and well managed. There is a car park right opposite to the small road and convenient. We have a side sea view of the Yokohama harbour which was very nice. Very close to the China town which takes 3 min walk to get there.

The staff. They could not have been kinder. I was travelling with a companion who was in a wheelchair. They were so helpful wheeling her to the room and carrying out luggage. And the doria. Invented by the hotel’s kitchen all those years ago.

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for four nights, and I wished we could have stayed longer. The service was absolutely incredible—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The in-house bar was fantastic, with outstanding service there as well. The hotel’s ambiance is magical. Our room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. We did have one night when the guests upstairs were a bit noisy, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we will definitely be coming back!
