Location was convenient - close 5min walk to Sakuragicho station and walkable to many attractions in Yokohama. Staff was nice and we were able to leave our luggage there after checking out.

The location is great and close to the Sakuragicho station. But if you are sensible to noise, it could be too loud. Extra coffee in the lobby, but no tea...
