The hotel front desk staff were very kind and provided detailed explanations. The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the facilities were excellent. The complimentary coffee, tea, and bath salts were a delightful surprise.

Location is good. Just 5 mins walking distance from station. Room was clean and value for money. The staffs were friendly during my stay.

I needed somewhere to stay late at night because my train had been cancelled and it wasn't certain I could get home. So this is the hotel that was available. It is a great location for sightseeing and visiting location. Walking distance of some of the most popular areas but a quiet location.

Hotel was clean and always had a staff member on 24/7. They would be hanging out in a room behind the counter late at night if there were any issues. They provided free coffee and tea in the lobby (self serve) as well as a designated smoking room near the lobby. They have washing machines and driers available which was nice. They provided free (choose your own) bath salts and had an assortment of options to choose from as well as pre-made bags which was lovely. Nice location - walkable distance to the big shopping centre nearby and the park/big boat. There was a very nice izakaya/bar called Yokohama Beer on the opposite side of the street literally 10-20 metres away. The staff know some English, however, some sentences can be hard for them to understand. Overall, it was easy to check in with a mix of English and Google translate.

Top location near three stations. Very kind and helpful staff. A small but comfortable room with all the essential amenities. Hot coffee and a bath salt bar in the lobby. Edit～would stay again.

The location, close to 2 train stations, value for money, cleanliness and amenities were all excellent. We did not have breakfast included. Staff were kind and polite.

Hotel is close to Sakuragi Station and lots of restaurants. It's also close to World Porters and some attractions.
