Everything! The modern clean and comfortable room with an amazing view of Mt Fuji! The location is perfect for the instant access to shops restaurants and trains. The hotel staff are all friendly and professional.

Location is perfect for transport hub, since is located in the same building with Shin Yokohama Station. And plenty restaurants outside the lobby.

Fantastic location. So convenient especially if using the Shinkansen. Airport bus to Haneda just downstairs at bus depot . Helpful staff. Attached to shopping mall filled with good restaurants

The location was excellent, conveniently situated above a shopping mall offering Uniqlo, bookstores, and other last-minute essentials. Additionally, the bus stop to Haneda Airport was located right in front of the hotel, alongside numerous train connections from Shin-Yokohama Railway Station.

Location was excellent as it was just on top of the train station, with direct access to a shopping mall with Uniqlo, GU, BIC Camera and restaurants. Room was comfortable and the easy to use coin laundry was also extremely helpful.

Great location as it's just up above the Shinyokohama station; very comfy room as it's rather spacious than other city hotel; poliet and friendly front desk and lounge staff; good variety of food in breakfast buffet.

Spacious rooms, elegantly decorated, very clean, water flask available and water dispensers on every floor (no plastic bottles!), lounge with free coffee/tea/juice and enough room to work or relax
