I have to highlight the staff. Third time I stay at Hilton Yokohama. Always great. The lady at the entrance half English and half Japanese, super staff. Also Ms. Bernan, has been great with me. Good people

The staff was very helpful and met all expectation that come with the Hilton brand. The room was spacious with a very comfortable large bed and large comfortable bathroom with a full bathtub. The view was pretty amazing through the floor to ceiling window overlooking the river. The main purpose for the choice of this hotel was that we were going to a concert at the adjacent K-Arena so this hotel was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet had a very wide variety of food which should meet anyone's cravings. We were also able to leave our luggage after checking out for a few hours while we did some last minute shopping before leaving which made our lives a lot easier.

- Well equipped room and spacious - Has gym access - Best hospitality from the staffs - Strategic location where it’s walking distance to the train/subway station, there’s a Lawson just around the corner which makes it convenient for snacks shopping

Amazing professional and courteous staff, beautiful large room with full length windows, walk to parkland, waterfront, also big supermarket within short walk.

I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.
