We had a great stay at the Far East Village Hotel. The staff were exceptional and the hotel was excellent value. The hotel is well positioned to easily walk to various restaurant areas. Our room included lounge area with free drinks and snacks - an added bonus. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

This is our second time at this hotel and it didnt disappoint either. The staff were exceptional and professional. Leo kindly extended our check out time for a small fee which really helped us as our flight was late in the evening. Thank you Leo for everything - the hotel was perfect for our needs and the staff are wonderful - we will definitely be back.

The beds were really comfy, the room was quite big for japanese standards. It felt more like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 3 star. The view was also really nice. Also the young lady at the desk who made the check-in process, was very professional and spoke english very well.

Great value in Yokohama. Room was clean, spotless, very hygienic. Easy check-in and check-out process. It is relatively near a couple of stations. Good vibe near the hotel. The elevators were fast. Nice cozy lobby with free drinks.

Very helpful staff on front desk. Complimentary coffee in foyer. They loaned us an umbrella and stored our luggage while we went out.

The room was clean and comfortable. In my room was a small sitting area and a desk. Toiletries available in the bathroom. Breakfast was exceptionally good and fresh. Complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby was nice.

Great location and value for money. Space is a bit limited, but that's normal in this area. I booked a room with two twin beds, so I could put my luggage on one of them and that worked out perfectly. Train noise didn't bother me because I was on the other side, but the AC gave off some weird noise even when it was off. It only started happening after I turned it on once out of curiosity, so if you can avoid using it, then don't use it. Otherwise, you can ask for ear plugs at the reception. Wi-Fi is kinda slow. If you need work done, you'll have better luck at the coffee shops nearby.
