close to subway system check in's and checkouts very good staff were great and had a good understanding of english language lifts were quick restaurants, bars and shopping very handy

Room was of bit small but I expected it to be like that. The staff was fantastic very helpful. Location was on the fringe of China Town lots of eateries. very good breakfast.

It's was a good experience, the receptionists are attentiveness, and the parking is really cheap, also the breakfast are included.

The breakfast that's included is excellent & the unlimited coffee & tea is great. Staff were always friendly & helpful, even though English was a struggle. Although the rooms are Tiny - they're really efficient, even with 2 people sharing.

Breakfast is not good. We stay for 4 days. No change at all since the 1st day. Food still the same for 4 days. Fruits is frozen not fresh.

The hotel was in a good location. It was close to everything we wanted to visit in Yokohama, especially the cruise terminal. It was close to a train station so we could easily visit other parts of Tokyo. Good breakfast selection, clean and quiet room, although rather small. The staff was very friendly.
