Easy check in, staff were very accommodating when I asked to switch rooms and when I needed a fan. Lawson at the bottom of hotel. Good view

Location is excellent close to Isezaki mall for lots of local shops and restaurants A pretty standard business hotel type room everything was fine except the inability to control the heating in the room.

Location Staff was friendly (didn't speak English, but was able to use translator and all the written info was in English) Room was pretty spacious for the price (compared to similarly priced hotels in central Tokyo) Beds were comfortable Convenience store right below the hotel

Absolutely amazing view of the city and absolutely amazing value. Very close to a lot of interesting places to visit in Yokohama. Konbini directly underneath. Laundry shop next door. Nightlife closeby. Train directly in front. Bus quick walk distance.
