Large comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast during Ramadan but was available as room service for no extra charge

Good location, nearby Malioboro to, kraton, And also some tourist attractions. They cleaned the rooms an every day, fast response when we needed assistance. But when had breakfast very crowded, Because it’s high season. Maybe can open other other alternatives place for breakfast.

The staff is very helpful. We arrived early at 1 pm but the room was ready. When we complain about the smell of cigarette. They promptly check and give other room. Location is easy to be reached. There are many choice of place to eat.

The hotel was one of the most hospitable hotel I have ever been to. All the staff were very friendly, smiling faces and helpful. Their service was top notch customer oriented. They pay attention to every need and detail of the customer, especially Yoshi who even remembered what we liked to have as drinks. All the offered amenities were also really good. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Yogyakarta!

Very nice place. Fantastic breakfast with excellent choices. We had a ticket problem. The staff in the reception really went far past any expectations to help and the issue was solved.
