Amazing stay at Bedhost Homestay We spent three nights at Bedhost Homestay, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The peace and the beautiful green surroundings make for a truly relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They know the area very well and assisted us with everything, from arranging a laundry service to planning activities. The bike tour they offer is truly a highlight! We rode on brand-new bicycles through local villages and visited small family-run factories where tempeh, tofu, crackers(krupuk), and bricks are made. Additionally, we got a unique glimpse into local village life and farming. It was fascinating to see how farmers work. If you’re a fan of local art, the batik created by Javanese artists in the area is a must-see. A perfectly faclilitaded bike-tour! As for the owner himself, Bedhost (his nickname), there’s a lot to say. He is a VW-classic car enthusiast and an artist, which is clearly reflected in the architecture of the cottages and the stunning woodwork. His philosophy of slow living is evident everywhere, making this the perfect place to unwind after busy days filled with activities. We highly recommend Bedhost Homestay to anyone looking for an authentic and serene experience in a stunning environment.

Beautiful place with a big terrace and plants everywhere. Really nice cottages, all super clean. And the friendliest staff ever. Because it’s a little out of town it’s also very quiet.

Extremely friendly staff, gorgeous homestay with lots of plants and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also very tasty and the staff arranged motorbike hire and a tour to Borobudur when we thought the tickets had sold out!

**Review:** The homestay was very clean and equipped with all the essentials. However, there were no proper blankets, just very thin sheets. Upon request, we were given a second sheet, as the first one was much too short and narrow for two people. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it is easily accessible with Gojek or Grab. Overall, we were quite satisfied with this accommodation. The price-performance ratio is definitely fair!

The staff were really nice and helpful, they arranged everything for us to rent a motorbike. There is available coffee and tea all the day long and for free. The room is so cute and nicely decorated and the environment is just so beautiful you will not feel like you are in the city.
