Location is 10/10, nearby republic square. Host is very friendly and helpful. He is always active on whatsapp/calls if you have any queries. For us we booked with jacuzzi, it was fantastic stay.

The room was lovely - plenty of room and very clean. The location was excellent - close to everywhere. The people running YH were very friendly and helpful - even late at night when we forgot our key!

1. Great location. Supermarket downstairs, 5 mins walk to republic square, 30 mins walk to opera house region, 30 mins walk to kilikia bus station. 2. Host and stuffs are super nice and helpful. They treats us with fruits and Armenia cognac one night and help us get a taxi to the airport. Make up the room when we need. 3. Room. Clean, spatial and everything works great. 4. Wifi works fine

The host was very kindly and professional: we had a problem with the water (problems could happen!) and he quickly resolved them. He also give us tips for the prosecution of our travel in Armenia. The house is near Republic Square and the room was clean and cozy

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Yerevan. The young host spoke English and provided his contact number, making him easily reachable. There are one or two parking slots nearby, which are made available if you’re arriving by car—a great convenience. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center but surprisingly quiet since it’s between houses and faces a garden. The apartment we stayed in was impeccably clean and looked just like the pictures. There are four or five rooms, all maintained to the same high standard. This place is budget-friendly and run by a lovely family. While they don’t offer breakfast or luxurious amenities, it’s ideal for tourists who plan to spend their days exploring the city. Highly recommended!
