The hotel has great location which is the middle of city center. Also, their staff were very friendly and wanted to help, specially Petros the concierge who really offered his support to answer all our questions during our stay.

We liked the hotel; it was clean, and the housekeeping service cleaned the rooms every day. The staff member, Cyprus, was polite and helped us find shopping places in the capital, Yerevan, since it was our first time visiting. He acted as our tour guide and assisted us with transportation to and from the airport, even arranging a taxi for us. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

The location was great , also The staff was so friendly, I want also give a special Thanks to the concierge staff Boutros who was so helpful to us from the time we had arrived to the hotel till the time we left the hotel , also staff Zhora was helpful.

Located right in the center, it was just a short walk to Republic Square. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, with beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. About breakfast - absolutely delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The rooms were big, spacious, and clean. Breakfast varied and was generally tasty. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main square in Yerevan.

The location is amazing, right next to the square where you can find everything. Petros, the concierge, was a great help and very pleasant person to deal with as he helped us also by providing us with helpful information. Maria from the reception as well she was very polite and helpful. The rest of their stuff found difficulty in communicating however they were trying their best..

The room was very spacious for a family of 3. They even provided a crib for my toddler. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfy!The toilet had a bidet which was a huge plus. The location was perfect as it was near Republic Square and was walking distance to a lot of places. Staff were nice at the reception.
