Very friendly landlords, comfortable appartment in pretty nice place of Erevan afront of park. There are a lot of good places to eat in 5-10 min from appartment. Very cool place yo stay with family

The apartment is ideally located, it is in the centre and at the same time overlooking a beautiful park. It is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. It was a great pleasure for us to stay there. The owner Vahram was extremely helpful and kind to us, the communication with him was always fast and effective. We would certainly stay in this appartment again.
