“Me and my American friend absolutely enjoyed this stay.”

The host was very nice. Even though he didn't speak English and we didn't speak Armenian or Russian, we found ways to communicate and he was very helpful. Whenever we had questions, he replied immediately. He was very friendly, and made us feel very welcome.

Everything we needed was available in room. The room is clean and cozy. Air conditioning in the room (important in hot weather). Host Ashot is friendly and hospitable. We talked over breakfast and learned a lot of interesting things. Ashot speaks Czech, a great advantage for Czech tourists. The accommodation is hiden from the busy street, so you can't hear the busy Komitas street. Not far from the accommodation is an old market building with fruit, vegetables, spices and herbs. Worth a visit. The building is also a good landmark for taxi drivers. I recommend this accommodation mainly to those who want to see more than just the center of Yerevan. Message to Ashot: Thank you very much for the beautiful start of our vacation and we remember you.
