The double room suite was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was copious and variable. The staff was very responsive and professional. Clean spa facilities and walkable distance to the heart of the city. A big thank you!

Large room, great view of Mount Ararat. Our room was kept clean. The sauna and Turkish baths are lovely. The reception staff are helpful. They let us leave our suitcase before check-in so we could freely explore the city. Shower was good.

Staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, once you got to know them: there's always two sides to any equation (or: show respect if you wish to earn it). There's 2 saunas: a dry one with a cold pool, and a steam one with a warm pool with jacuzzi. Both VERY nice - make sure to book them at reception, always for 1 hour. My bedroom was excellent. Hotel has some limited food options that I used twice in the bar area: quite good food and nice wine.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, just a few minutes walking distance to city center. Buffet breakfast was excellent with some variations daily, and delicious flavours. My room was spacious and very quiet. The spa section was very good, I had access to the pools, hamman and sauna and enjoyed it greatly. I definetely recommend this hotel and for sure I will stay in on my next travel to Yerevan. I am a happy customer. Thank you.

Very comfortable, clean & spacious room Breakfast always well presented with many food options to choose. Staff always smart, very friendly & attentive. On-site swimming pools & sauna excellent especially as they are booked for private use only.
