It's a beautiful and clean place,have a nice yard. The dog is aggressive in the beginning but after he Get know you he will be ok

The dorms were a good size and I was pleased they had lockers. Good shower facilities although only one for each sex. Close to the train station and metro - a 15/20 minute walk. It was perfect for me on my second visit to Yerevan. Perhaps a little bit far out for those visiting the city for the first time.
