The staff was professionally helpful and quick in respond for a late-night reservation so thank you for that. The room interieur was exactly as it described. The bed was comfy and the surrounding is nice: close to the heart of the city.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exceptional, and the amenities and inclusions are so good. Plus, their staff is very accommodating and very kind to us.

The apartment is in great location, very close to Yerevan city center. There are lots of stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is so charming and cosy. I liked absolutely everything about it - the bed was comfortable; the kitchen had everything you might need, if you want to eat there; the bathroom was pretty and the balcony was very nice. The hosts was very helpful and nice too - we had a bit of a struggle with getting the key, and Vardan - our host reacted immediately. Our overall stay in Yerevan was fantastic

Nice place near the centre. Location is great 5-10 min walk to major areas. 24/7 supermarket in 3 min distance.

The apartment is quite newly furnished, bright and clean. There were all the necessary supplies and equipment during the stay. Air conditioner worked flawlessly. Apartments are located in a great location in Yerevan, right next to the Republic Square. The owners were always available and friendly.
