Staff super Friendly, Polite and Professional. They Spoke good English at reception as communication in Armenia is very difficult due to language barrier. The girls at reception surprised me with a small cake as they realised it was my birthday when we checked in - so that was really sweet and special and added to our positive experience :-) The helped us book restaurants and taxis etc... Location of Hotel is amazing walking distance to Republic Square and many parks, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. Really anything you need is a few steps away. i would come back to Ramada anytime i am in Armenia.

Very good location, plenty of good restaurants nearby, close to nightlife. Standard rooms are very spacious. Some rooms are very dark with little daylight, I requested to move me to a brighter room and the staff fulfilled my request.
