Gorgeous hotel !! .Definitely deserves the fifth star. Room was really wowwww !! so spacious, very spoiling beds Staff were very friendly and useful. Hotel is very central, only 5 minutes to the Cascade. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The bar on 12 floor is so beatiful. They have everything there including Thai massage that I couldn't use because it was fully booked Money exchange machine -first time I see that . GOOD FOR YOU !!!!!

If possible, you can only say to your clean room service to read the "please don't disturb" indication on the door...... ;-)

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety. Location of the hotel is near the center and on walking distance of the Cascade with lots of restaurants.

The second time I was staying in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, polite staff, big and comfortable rooms. The location near the city centre gives the ability to visit lots of places on foot.

The rooms are of good size, with the added mini kitchen one gets the feeling of home, perfect for you if you want home cook meals. The bathroom could have been better, it's just too compact, no complaints thou. I loved the location, right next to the Cascade complex and its many restaurants. We opted to have breakfast in and around the hotel instead of having in-house breakfast.

The perk of the Opera Suites is its central location. Additionally, it has a free gym and quite the view for breakfast, which was generous, varied and a 4-hour window to eat (important for those who wake up late and early). Additionally, my room had an equipped kitchenette, I guess if you're coming for a longer visit, it matters.
