I like the location a lot it sits so close to the downtown area barely 5 minute walk , and the breakfast was great and diverse. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!

I really liked the location as it is very close to Republic Square and the city center. The staff were excellent—very professional and attentive. However, the only issue we had was that the family room we had booked and confirmed was given to another customer. Fortunately, they compensated us by transferring us to a one-bedroom apartment. Hopefully, in the future, they can better control and monitor all bookings to avoid double bookings, as this situation caused some inconvenience.

I got the apartment, which is not in the hotel, but 50 m down the street in a building near Moskva mall. The building itself is not good, but the apartment was in very good condition. It was warm and they have AC. TV was not working, but it didn't bother me.

The location is really good, 5-minute walk to the city central square. Administrators at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are good in suites.

We love our stay in this hotel.Rooms and surroundings are tidy and clean. All staff were kind and approachable especially their concierge Silvia who assist us with our tour itinerary. Perfect location just 5 min walk to Republic Square and Vernissage Market...and very close to asian restaurant and other fast food. Free breakfast were good and served hot.

Hotel is in the very centre of Yerevan, two minutes from Republic Square. It is in an old house (19th c. or early 20th century, but the rooms were renovated. The one I stayed in had a comfortable bed, but probably still in the middle of the renovation. Staff is helpful and supporting, breakfast is fine, but the times are a bit late. Location was perfect for my needs, comfort not so much. Not sure I would come back even if the price was very good.

The location is excellent just a short hop to Republic square and Vernissage market just around the corner. The square is amazing.

Wonderful hospitality from wonderful Armenian staff. The location could not be better, many highlights of the city are at walking distance.

Small but comfortable apartment located 4 minutes walk from Republic Square. Great view from the window to Mount Ararat. Perfect for a few days stay for a couple or three people or a couple with a child. I recommend
