Nice and helpful stuff, convenient location, clean rooms, enough space for such a small room. It was nice to see disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toiletries in the room.

Nice personnel, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. There is an elevator in the hotel. Good location, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the city center (Cascades and North Avenue). The hotel is situated between the old buildings, that prevent noise from the traffic. All recommendations.

I travelled for work, particularly for the meetings at Yerevan State University. It was good in terms of walking distance toward university.

Everything was nice, the room was quite comfortable. I felt like I was in a 3-star casual network hotel. Everything is good, but nothing special. Breakfast was okay for Armenia, quite decent, but with only 2 hot dishes - scrambled eggs and sausages. Staff (cleaners and receptionists) are very friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time. Each time we leave it with sadness) I want to stay a little longer. The staff is polite, accommodating, well-mannered. Very kind and pleasant people. Always ready to help. The rooms are clean, cozy, safe and quiet.

The room was big with some kitchenette so you could have some coffee, tea and had microwave. Breakfast was also good. We found great restaurant just a few min walking from the hotel.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful The room are very comfortable, and they served the room every day, with new towels. Breakfast was really good.
