The hosts are really nice and welcoming, they picked us at the airport and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast is great, with typical Armenian coffe and bread.

The hotel lived up to our expectations. It was clean and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Alex, the hotel manager, gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see and arranged transport to the hotel.

Splendid hotel with amazing aesthetics! The property is very close to the city center, and yet it is in a perfect spot so that you don’t hear noise from the crowded streets and traffic. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Alex was always ready to save/cook some food for late breakfast and he was also helping us with navigating around the city and planning other tours. We even got a farewell gift! Wonderful place which will sure leave you with some fond memories of the city.

We had a marvellous stay at this hotel. The owner was very kind and friendly, he gave us some good advice on what to visit and where to go eating. He gave us goodbye gifts and even prepared us breakfast earlier than the normal breakfast time because our flight was early in the morning. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. The breakfast food was very delicious and varied, and we had free coffee and tea all the time. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom as well. Alex was also so kind to collect a pair of shoes that I had forgotten to another hotel and that were sent them late at night. Couldn't expect more, and would definitely recommend for a stay in Erevan!

We needed our car washed and the manager helped us contact the relevant service. The breakfast was homemade and tasty. They allowed us to sleep 2 children and 1 adult in a double bed and even supplied us with an extra pillow.

We stayed in one of the studio rooms. It was spacious and nicely equipped with kitchenette, table, fridge and comfortable furniture. We liked the little garden. Breakfasts were lovely and full of fresh delicious food including eggs, salad, fruit, cakes, cheese, bread etc. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and major sights. We used their airport pick up service which went perfectly. Thanks to Alex the manager for making our stay perfect.

Hotel located just perfect - could not be better - in the very centre of Yerevan, close to Freedom Square, 5-7 min by foot from Cascade Complex and Republic square. All the best Cafe and Restaurants just around. What is most important - this small Hotel with nice garden is hidden inside of courtyard behind big buildings and you feel not like in the city but somewhere on countryside. And this is historical house which stay there around 200 years ... Owners and hotel personnel are really nice people. Hotel Manager Alexander is very kind and very well organised - we just explained what we need and all the transport for our day trips around Armenia were organised, and also long transfer to Tbilisi which cross in fact all Armenia to the nord direction. So, this Hotel is a hidden gem in Yerevan!
