The view from the window is something that should be mentioned beforehand, I would definitely made reasonably extra to have a better view.

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

Very good location, a lot of nice restaurants around, right in the center. Very comfortable bed. Bar with live music . We appreciate the swimming pool on the roof , especially when it is hot outside. Everything was super! Thank you !

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Grand. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The Hotel is located in downtown Yerevan, within walking distance to prime locations, bars, restaurants and cafes. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - the food was pretty much the same every day, but tasty. I used the gym once - small, but well equipped with brand new machines.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, superb restaurant with great breakfast offer, friendly and helpful staff, thorough housekeeping service, strong wifi. High level of English spoken. Lots of nearby eating options, close to museums. The atrium area is great for relaxing after sightseeing.
