We always stay with our family in this great hotel. The host is very friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are always clean and new. The best place in Armenia.

The hotel is a small, quiet oasis in the southwest of Yerevan, near the last metro station. We were pleasantly surprised because there was really nothing lacking. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning worked without any issues, and the pool was clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful people. Even an early check-in at 7 AM was no problem for a small fee. The area is very quiet, and unlike the city center, you don't hear any traffic noise, which we really appreciated. We felt very safe there and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
