Nice location just around the corner from the G.U.M market and a short walk to Yerevan Vernissage open-air market. Great little bakery a few steps away. Room was comfortable with air conditioning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived on Vardavar festival and the staff warned us right ahead about what we were in for :) Location is good, just beside GUM market and one of the main churches in Yerevan. About 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Room was spacious enough and they left was some water which was nice.

Small but very comfortable hotel, very good area in Yerevan, very close to city center and one more imortant thing: the hotel is very close to airport, it takes 20-25 minutes to get there. Nice and helpful staff, ready to help with any situation. 100% recommended for Your one day trip or for Your long stay.
