“Budget Friendly Comfortable Stay on the Outskirts of Yerevan”

I would recommend this guesthouse. The staff is friendly. The guesthouse allowed us to do early check-in at 6 AM which is quite early. The breakfast is served between 9 AM-10:30 AM. However, the caretaker lady kept breakfast for us upon request so that we could wake up late and still enjoy the breakfast. The room was big and the bed was quite comfortable for 2 people. The room heater was ON most of the time and the room was nice and warm. There was hot water supply throughout my stay of 5 nights. There was even a small refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. Yandex Go Taxi and Yandex Eats services are readily available here. I could get a taxi at 3 AM to the airport with heavy rain outside. So, there is no problem in getting a late night or early morning taxi from this place. I was surprised that the staff was still awake at 3 AM.

We came late in the night and immediately we got a nice room. The place is very cosy and quiet. Very close to shops and not far away from the center. Buss 18 goes to the railway station and central streets. The lady who is taking care of almost everything is awesome and we got the feeling like we were home. The people around were amazing, we would love to come back again. Thanks

Great location, 15 minutes by car to the center, the view of the entire city and Ararat - incredible! Clean and comfortable rooms, lots of amenities, delicious food ☺️
