“Great Place to Stay Between Flights”

I had an excellent experience with this hotel. My wife and child flew in, and I arranged for a transfer from the hotel. The driver who arrived was very polite and helped with the luggage. The receptionist was also very courteous and assisted my family in getting up the stairs with the child. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. The hotel is very close to the airport by car, making it a great place to spend time between flights.

My recent stay at colette was disappointing and fell significantly below my expectation due to multiple issues that need immediate attention. firstly the staff behavior was notably rude and unwelcoming. Hospitality is the backbone of the hotel industry, yet the staff at this establishment seemed to lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Their demeanor was off putting and made my stay uncomfortable. additionally the breakfast arrangement was poorly managed. The options were limited, and the quality of food served did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
