Affordable price for 2 nights, clean, central place and the host was nice. AC was not working so it's a bit warm and some kitchen equipments are a bit old. Overall, it was a nice experience and the location is in the center of the city so it's very accessible to the stores and restaurants.

High floor (10+) with nice unobstructed view - quite rare for Yerevan. Right place if you like to wake up early - lots of sunshine in the morning.
