The guest house is located next to Republic square, tastefully designed, rooms are spacious and clean, tea / coffee and snacks are available round the clock. Breakfast is included. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Location was fantastic, only 500m from Republic Square where all facilities are available. Room was big, very clean, comfortable and the bathroom as well. Breakfast, and diner were available Special thanks to Lusine, that she was exceptional with her kindness and knowledge about the facilities and local extractions

An excellent guest house with spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. The location is ideal, close to Republic Square but in a quiet neighbourhood. The host, Lusine, ably assisted by Diana, were friendly and helpful. A good breakfast was provided.

Location is in the very center of Yerevan. Room was nice - comfortable bed, high ceiling, a table to work at. Breakfast cooked every day (very good). Fridge is stuffed with snacks that you are free to grub on :) Thanks Lusine and Diane for the showcase of traditional Armenian hospitality :) All the best!

Lusine was a wonderful host and organised a trip to the surrounds which was great. Great breakfast and lovely very spacious room. A real homely feel. I will be back. Top location too.

Great central location, walking distance to city centre, very friendly staff, very flexible with checkin and checkout, off road parking, has air conditioning, comfortable beds

The guest house is located pretty close to City center so Republic square is like 5 minutes walk from the place. This is a 100+ old years (pre-1917) building with renovated rooms with impressive height of ceiling :) Bed was comfortable, room was clean, so everything was fine. Lusine was very attentive and friendly and provided a lots of help and care
