“A completely underrated hotel however with minuses that need to be ironed out”

I don't know why this hotel is having such bad ratings, maybe it's due to the competition. It's an Iranian-owned hotel. It's close to the center, rooms are very spacious and with very good lightning. Yes, they have some organizational and communication issues but otherwise everything is perfectly fine. The rooms are very clean and there is not any sign of smoke. The only and main issue for me is that it's not one bed but two small beds put together. That brings the hell out of me and it's impossible to sleep after a while. There is very good water pressure by Armenian standards. There is also a very nice girl working at the reception.
