The room was small for us, there was no possibility to turn on the air conditioner to cool the room as we wanted, there was no shower, the bathroom was not comfortable. The refrigerator was full of hotel equipment so we could not put our own equipment. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were nice and helped us with booking taxis and cleaned the room every day and changed towels. The location was good.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very clean and comfortable room. Great location, neither too close nor too far from the city centre - offering an opportunity to enjoy a more relaxing staying experience whilst simultaneously being located in sufficient proximity from principal landmarks. Given that public transportation in Yerevan remains to be improved, reception personnel is more than happy to assist with arranging affordable and trusty pickup to any destination. All in all, it is certainly a great overall value spot, ideal for solo travellers visiting the city for a weekend, and/or couples alike.

As a frequent client of this hotel, I strongly suggest it to everyone traveling to Armenia, a very clean hotel with friendly staff (I know them all and they all know me too, like kind Maya and nice Manuel), good breakfast and a good location that you can access everywhere easily, 10 minutes walk to republic square and nice restaurants there.

The hotel is very nice, the bed very comfortable, the staff is very attentive and service oriented. The breakfast buffet was good. It is very well located, just like 10 minutes walk to the city centre. It has everything you need for a good stay in Yerevan If your plan is to walk around or go out of the city. They even have some discounts with some of the local good travel agencies, so ask them for help for this. They even have some flip flops, toothbrushes and other toiletries

Everything from beginning to the end was great. The staff were friendly, nice room with all the facilities, comfortable beds, perfect breakfast with verities and Cafe machine. Location is perfect. I will definitely book this hotel for my group. I am tour operator and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Smart location, just on ~15 mins easy walk from Republic Square. Helpful and polite staff both at the reception desk and restaurant. The room was ok, fitted with everything necessary. It was cleaned on a daily basis. Furthermore, it had a scenic view of Ararat mountain as a bonus :) Very good breakfast buffet with variety of tasty and quality food. The heating system and Wi-Fi connection were flawless as well.

- Location nearby bus stop and walking distance from metro station. National Market is also nearby - Breakfast was excellent. Lady working at the breakfast room was so nice - Good value for money - Hotel staff members are helpful in general. - Bar open till midnight I was able to enjoy Armenian Cognac at the end of the day,
