The view of this place and also its silence during the day were AMAZING! You don't need AC because it's so windy when you open the windows. Moreover, it has an awesome landlord who is so friendly to you and will help you with all the stuff that you need.

My friend and I stayed at this apartment for more than two weeks, and it was wonderful! The unit is large, and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers long-stay facilities. The dining room is equipped with air conditioning; however, this area is so windy. So, we did not need the air conditioner in the evenings. A beautiful view of the city is a bonus, too. We were satisfied with the location. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, and a big fruit market is right across the street. It is so close to the circular park and its restaurants and events, and the city center is within a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive. And the host is super nice! She answered all my questions and informed me of the electricity bill policy before I arrived. In the first days, the vacuum cleaner and the refrigerator became damaged, and she fixed them promptly. She kept asking us if everything was going well and tried to help us with our problems and mission. We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed our trip!
