Just a 3-minute walk from Yeppoon Main Beach, Oshen Holiday Apartments Yeppoon "The Resort on the HILL" boasts a small heated outdoor swimming pool with ocean views. All APARTMENTS offer a patio, with stunning ocean views (some partial views) read description when choosing your room type - Studio-Patio No Views.
Oshen Apartments is within a 2-minute walk (yes Oshen is on a HILL) a number of fantastic restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is a 10-minute drive from Yeppoon Golf Club and a 35-minute drive from Rockhampton. Local live music on the weekends and various local venues.
There is a range of Self-Contained Apartments and Studio Room accommodation. All Apartments feature a patio and a fully equipped kitchen. They have a lounge/dining area and laundry facilities. The rooms offer a flat-screen TV and a fridge. - Studio-small room with tea, coffee facilities, small fridge-Patio No Views- PERFECT for corporates or a quick 1 night stay (suitable for 1-2 guests).

We stayed in one of the apartments with seaview and it was awesome. Very spacious, comfortable, great view and nice bed. Previously, I made a mistake and booked a hotel room, which is totally different to the apartments. We will definitely stay again here if we come back to Yeppoon.

perfect view. bed was comfortable and pool lovely. be aware that there is more parking on -2 where you access from the ocean side of the property. mostly private parking but a couple of guest carparks if carpark on -1 has nothing available
