The best part is the family that owns the place. They're the best. Good to visit the monasteries around that area. You can also have a good homemade dinner and breakfast there.

It was an excellent stay. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms felt super cozy and warm. Good location - a few shops within walking distance and the town centre about 15 minutes away. You can communicate with the owner in English. The neighbourhood seems safe and calm. Another great thing were the fruits from their own garden. One of the best stays I had in Armenia.

We really liked the hospitality of owner's family. Even we arrived late they prepared super tasty dinner and we spent really nice evening together talking ans drinking vodka. I also appreciate they had no problem with small kids. Really recommended :)

The owners were the most helpful people possible, and the most hospitable. You feel part of the family immediately. The B&B is in a quiet street. It is a short drive from the Old Bridge Winery.

AT Karen's you are not in a B&Bl but in a family: enter with respect and you will be welcomed by friendship, affection and hospitality. They will offer you what they have with joy and courtesy. The rooms are very clean and spacious as the toilets, the price is excellent. You will be delighted.
