The relaxed atmosphere, staff were great. They were very hospitable and helpful. Gave good suggestions on exploring the area. I felt very safe with the drivers they arranged for us during our stay. Requests were promptly attended to. Rooms were quiet and very clean.

We really liked the Bamboo Leaf Hotel and the staff, especially Vivianne who helped us with booking tours and borrowing scooters and bikes. She is super friendly, kind, caring, efficient and speaks excellent English which helped us so much! The whole staff was very friendly and helped look after all our needs! We would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, well-designed high-end hotell for the value, incredible service and mostly the delightful staff working here! We would love to stay again if our travels bring us to Yangshuo! Thank you so much from 2 happy Canadians! ,😁🇨🇦

This was the best hotel in China we have stayed in. You can see that the staff is very motivated and does their best to let you have a great time. They arranged great tours for us and gave us valuable information about what we should do. The rooms were fantastic, large and modern. Very clean as well, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was also awesome, great western options - also the restaurant was a rescue for us because in Yangshuo you can’t find any western food except McDonald’s. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

Great hotel. We really appreciated the restaurant having a buffet breakfast and a menu breakfast which alternated while we were there. Also we appreciated the scooter rental recommendation just nearby! Beautiful interior design in the room and great bathroom.

What a fabulous holiday with friends. This hotel met all our expectations for a friends long weekend away. The breakfast and dinners were superb. The facilities were perfect, and we had a lot of fun enjoying each others' company around the pool. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

I really liked it here as a solo female traveller. There were all ladies working here and they spoke very well English. Also very friendly. The room was nice and big and got cleaned every day. The ladies from the restaurant were also very friendly. The food was good too. They Supply you with free bikes which are good to visit the city center. I got an electric scooter for 60 Yuan for a day which was great. Went to Ruyi Peak (recommended) and drove along the river. I had some issues with a paragliding trip I booked (too short for the amount you pay) and the reception staff did their best to help out with that. They even offered me a free desert because I was so dissappointed. If I would stay here again it will not be because of the great room or food or facilities (which are great) but because of the amazing ladies that work here.

We had a very pleasent stay at Bamboo Leaf! Loved the hospitality and especially the guidance of the reception when we were planning our activities. We rented one of the scooters to explore the amazing area. The centrum of Yangshuo is a 15 minute walk but there is also a free shuttle.

The staff was absolutely amazing, they went beyond their duties to make us feel extremely welcome and assisted us with any questions. The facilities were all great and the bikes and escooters all worked very well and got us to many beautiful places around Yangshuo. The food at the hotel is very tasty, great variety as well. The staff assisted us with our transfers to / from Guilin and it all went really smooth. Thank you, this was the best part of our China trip by far!

Very good breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and English-speaking personel. Spacious comfortable rooms with beautiful view. Nice swimming pool. Possibility to rent electric scooters. There are plenty of options for excursions. Free shuttle to city center. Good queit location. Do not doubt, book this hotel. You won't regret. .
