Perfect location! The owner was polite and friendly. The place was very clean and neat. Highly recommended for onsen lovers, as they even have private onsen rooms available.

I don’t even know where to start: amazing location, right next to Yudanaka Station, beautiful room with lots of space, relaxing Onsen (multiple!), and a great breakfast. Staff was the best- so friendly and even offering us a ride to Jigokudani Monkey Park! I couldn‘t be more thankful.

Location super convenient for bus, train restaurants and convenience store. We were given a lift to the snow monkey park when it was snowing heavily, so much appreciated.

Greated by a friendly gentleman and a sweet elderly gentleman. Three onsen to choose from. Traditional style onsen accommodation with futons and sliding paper doors. Green tea making facilities available in the room and sweet red bean paste cookies provided daily.Bookings essential for very traditional Japanese meals. We had breakfast there, which included salmon, rice, miso, fruit and a range of other traditional side dishes. Traditional futon beds were made daily and were quite comfortable. Gas heater warms the room quickly.

Very friendly host, our family enjoyed the private onsen. The room was bigger than expected and was an enjoyable Ryokan experience. Very convenient to the train and bus station.

We had a really lovely and relaxing time. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, even going so far as to drive us to the monkey park. The meals were exceptional! We are vegetarian and the hosts prepared beautiful meals for our requirements.

Excellent hotel with onsen. The open air onsen is the best one. Nice welcoming hosts. Quite neighborhood. Super close to train station and bus station, and convenience store. When checking out, I noticed that there a lot of souvenirs from guests from different countries, so bring one from your country when visiting :) If you want to visit snow monkey park, best time is in winter, otherwise the chances of seeing the monkey are low (we saw only one in late October)

The Japanese room is beautifully decorated with nice treats. The owner is very friendly and helpful as he offered a free ride to drive to snow monkeys attraction after we checked out!! The room is clean, the bathroom has auto light, toliet and very new. 10 out of 10. We love it!
