Guests who wish to eat at the property must make a reservation for the meal by 12:00 the day before arrival. Please contact the property regarding the menu and price.As the property stands right next to a ski field, guests travelling by car are required to park their vehicle at a public Sunvalley car park situated around 100 metres away from the property. Guests can drop off the luggage at the property before parking.Please note that this is a non-smoking property. A 24-hour smoking area is located on the ground floor.Please note, room cleaning services, bath amenities and bed linen replacement during guest's stay are available upon request, at an additional charge.Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

Everything about the hotel and staff was great! They were very accommodating and the food was lovely. Perfect location for getting onto the mountain and can get all the way across to the other side just using the lifts. We also rented out snowboarding equipment from the hotel which was very easy and was already in our own locker ready to go on arrival.

Lovely staff and phenomenal dinners. Very high quality Yakutas supplied. Being located in the Shiga Kogen valley and on-snow was good however we found we were mostly skiing elsewhere so catching the free bus around the valley. Cosy atmosphere. Nice outlook. Traditional style room was nice. Things are well worn in.
