Location is convenient to reach and near to 2 convenience stores. Great view of Mount Fuji and Lake Yamanaka within walking distance. Cosy homestay and enjoyed the amenities in the shared area. Host is helpful.

Staff was really nice, the place had a booklet of places to visit which was very handy. The place was like a home, very comfy vibe and friendly. I wish I had stayed here for longer.

Location and the hosts were a mike drop! They also had a cute little shop where you could buy stationary, japan specific souvenirs etc.

It’s our first station in Japan: to see the Fuji mountains. Very quiet place to stay, the view around the lake was really beautiful. There are two hot springs nearby, got chance to take a try. Really amazing and relaxing. I would recommend to enjoy it in daytime winter. I heard that it can see the Fuji San during soaking in hot spring . The owner couples help us to order bus to Tokyo, which are very kind and helpful. Thanks a lot.💗

Very clean, well maintained. Good location. The hosts are lovely. Check out was at 10, but they kindly let me stay in the lounge until my bus back to Tokyo arrived (12pm-ish). Thank you.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, clean shared areas but most of all, amazing hosts. They helped me with planning for the days I stayed (Did a marvellous hike because they advised the specific loops I should take), and also just a blast to talk to about Japan, travelling or anything else. Cannot recommend enough.

Such an amazing place!! Possibly the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Such a friendly and welcoming environment, and so many thoughtful little touches such as a shop selling lots of little things you might need for your travels along with lovely little gifts too. The kitchen facilities were great. Sorry I can't remember your name, but the lady running the hostel was so lovely 😁
