The room was big and spacious and had an amazing view of Mt Fuji - just draw the blinds and the majestic mountain is right before you!

Good size room for a group of three. View exceptional from our room of Mount Fuji and the onsen wqs lovely not crowded when we visited.

It is a great property; neat and clean, at a good location as well. You will get a nice view of Lake Yamanakako or Mt Fuji from the room. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. There was a nice onsen.

No questions with the view & service. Onsen is located on groud floor with yokada provided in your room. Lucky us the weather was great

Awesome stay here at this lovely hotel. We loved the on sen facilities and friendly staff. There are also a good variety of nearby restaurants to choose from. Best of all, when the sun is out and the clouds clear, you get a priceless view of Mt Fuji. Priceless!

Across the road from bus stop 41. Opposite the Lake and Mount Fuji view from our room (as we requested). The hot bath (onsen). Surrounded by restaurants and shops.
