In the winter season (from November until May), roads near the property are blocked due to snow. Guests arriving via car can park their vehicles at Zao Onsen Skiing Ground (additional fees apply) then use the central cable car or sky cable to reach the property. The central cable car station is a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal.The property offers shuttle services from certain stations for an additional fee. Please note that shuttle services may not be available depending on the weather.The property offers a free shuttle service from the Central cable car and sky cable stations at the top of the mountain. Talk about Ski in Ski out!! I didn't actually realise when I booked, that this is completely on mountain accommodation. Absolutely outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were absolutely great. Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast in the mornings had a great selection to fuel up for the slopes and I thought other meals were tasty and great value for money. Catch the Ropeway and get picked up in a snowmobile.. how many places can you stay that do that!!
