Very comfortable nice view the friendly Kookaburras were a lovely surprise obviously use to being hand feed but very lucky for the experience

Gorgeous views, comfortable chairs overlooking the valley below on the deck. Decent cutlery and crockery, some basic provisions provided: oil, salt/pepper, sachets of coffee (a little old tasting), BBQ. House was clean with decent shampoo/conditioner and hand soaps. Fairly quiet once Caves Road noise dies down. Cosy pleasant spot, fairly central to towns and touristy spots.

Such a great quiet location. The perfect spot if you are after some pretty views that feels isolated but close to town. Comfortable bed.
