Beautiful hotel! Pool was amazing. Dinner / breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice. Our room was stunning - the best shower ever. A great location for exploring Yala safari.

Location was nice, in front of the ocean, a la carte menu was good. Ling bed was huge, pool really big. Massage was really nice.

The staff were some of the kindest people. We turned up and I had stupidly booked for 2026 instead of 2025 - the staff members sorted this out so quickly with minimal stress and organised safari for us. We had such a great stay, great safari, and the comfiest bed we’ve slept in on our trip. We even got to see a wild elephant walking on the hotel grounds in the evening.

Pool is fantastic and has a swim up bar. Room was comfortable and very spacious. You could shower with an elephant if you wanted to. Hotel is located in the national park so great if you plan on doing the safari. Restaurants were nice too. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa.

We were particularly impressed with the food at Jetwing Yala . The dinner was the best we have had out of any hotel we have stayed at. Chef Indunil went above and beyond for our sick daughter and also made our son a fabulous curry . He was friendly and his service and friendly nature was next level .

Great location for Safari with great knowledgeable Staff who always exceeded our expectations with food Drinks in pool-bar service have the greatest spread of very tasty food also willing to make anything for your taste & packs when you go early morning on safari
