The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was great to have free dvd’s and book exchange. The donuts and coffee were a nice gesture.

Location was awesome. Right on a great walking beach. Very close to the convinces of yachats. It was not fancy, but clean and super comfortable.

Great location with direct access to the beach, we even went for a short swim in the ocean. The rooms are nicely renovated. There are covered picnic tables available next to the rooms with an ocean view. The rooms are quiet despite the nearby road. Several sightseeing spots (lighthouse, dunes, beaches, downtown Florence and Newport) are nearby.

A classic motel but on the high end in terms of charm, cleanliness and overall condition. Very convenient, nice room and bathroom. Would love to stay here again anytime.

nice easy to find, nice double room, weather was bad, had heating on, could not see the beech as the weather was horrid.
