Eden Hotel was one of the best that we had stayed in Vietnam. Amazing and very friendly staff helped us a lot. Our room was super cosy and had a wonderful view. Everything was brilliant.

I recently stayed at Eden Hotel Cat Ba, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are even more beautiful than the photos online, with every detail thoughtfully designed for a luxurious experience. The exceptional service truly sets this hotel apart. The manager helped organize a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, providing a delicious cake and beautiful decorations. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. the hotel is very well-kept. The people who work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. Concierge - Duc Anh was the nicest guy in whole Vietnam! the hotel is very clean. a unique advantage is the infinity pool. the breakfasts were very good (especially the Vietnamese style).
