An excellent choice of hotel for my first visit to Xian. Great location and faultless property. The staff could not be more helpful and booking the executive lounge facilities added greatly to the stay. Could not fault the room standards and overall a perfect hotel in which to stay.

The junior suite was a 5 star experience. The small details in the room and cleanliness were excellent. The staff at the front desk and concierge, Kevin, really made our stay.

The staff is the hotel's greater asset, specially the concierge Andy - who speaks perfect english and gave us tons of information - the doorman Kevin and the restaurant staff. We loved the breakfast and dinner at Azur. Our room was really cosy.

We stayed in a Prestige Suite on the 10th floor, and while the room itself was very nice and well-appointed, the air conditioning in the first room was virtually non-existent. After raising the issue, we were moved to another room where the air conditioning was slightly better, though still not up to the expected standard. Despite this, the staff at the executive lounge truly elevated our experience. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and thoughtfully organized a special birthday treat for my partner, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. Their exceptional service really helped offset some of the room's shortcomings.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Room charges come with breakfast which is great . Breakfast is good and can still be further improved . Room is clean and comfortable .
