the hotel is adjacent to muslim quarters for night market and it provides free laundry. The breakfast is not bad and received 2 free bottle waters and 6 free drinks daily.

Excellent hotel, and great value for money. Room was nice and spacious, lots of nice small touches like xmas biscuits, and guest laundry. 5min walk to the metro, walking distance to Drum Tower and eating streets, food all around. Service was excellent.

Friendly & helpful staff to assist throughout my stay. Warmth staff attended to me during my checked in at 3am, although it's a cold weather but she surely warmth me & makes my good impression towards the hotel & even the city. Need to thank for Jerry & Chang Chun on their kind assistance too, their friendliness makes us enjoy our trips even more.

Lovely hotel in city center just beside the metro. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. My wife and I had an amazing stay in Xi'an.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights at the start of December. Aside from its prime location (the subway station is just mere steps away, 1 min walk), the best part of the hotel was its staff. The hotel staff made us feel like we were in a home away from home. 小赵 (Jeffrey Zhao) was extremely welcoming and helpful. He helped to arrange a last-minute tour for us to Mt Hua, and even took the initiative to get to work early the next morning to walk us to the correct location to board our tour bus. He also checked in on us via WeChat to make sure that we were alright. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The other front desk staff were also very cheerful and helpful, including 长春 who helped us to get a taxi after checkout (even the taxi driver commended her for her friendliness). Hotel breakfast was also wonderful with a good spread. Would be even better if they could start breakfast at 6.30am.... The free laundry room was also a much appreciated guest amenity.

The staff were really friendly despite not speaking any English. We had an issue with our bathroom and they reacted quickly and had maintenance come out to fix it immediately. The location is good, walking distance to the drum and bell towers and right next to the Muslim quarter. One of the best food streets in Xi’An is also right next door so it’s perfect. Bed was super comfortable and TV was brand new.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very central in the city and next to a big bazaar/market. All the staff including front office staff (John Yang and Spring) are excellent. They are helping and speak good English. Breakfast served is very good and restaurant staff are great too. The interiors of the hotel is very good and it is a wonderful hotel to stay. Will certainly book it again if I am there. Overall, an experience that certainly exceeded my expectations.

There was a young lady in the entrance hall lobby every afternoon during my stay, 9-13 December. She was very friendly and helpful. She spoke some English language which helped me. A lot. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. On the morning I was leaving I met John Wang at the reception. He spoke English which helped me very much. He was kind and friendly and it is good for your hotel to have employees like John Wang to help your foreign guests. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel.
