Located in a scenic part of Xi’an next to Furong mall, the hotel has a lovely, spacious ambience. Breakfast spread was great and it was nice to wind down at the Red Lounge at the end of the day. My daughter liked the little library near the reception.

The hotel was great. We were upgraded to the red level with a free lounge, this was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was spotless. Huge selection for breakfast.

Well located, good and detailed service. Room was spacious and high ceilings with seclusive view of the city. Near Popular Tang Dynasty and walking streets.

The room was tastefully designed, with touches of elegance throughout. Access to Red level was a true privilege with the amazing and attentive service we received. We also really enjoyed using the pool, and looked forward to coming back to the hotel after busy sightseeing schedules.

Breakfast is excellent, I am being spoiled. Room is clean, spacious and has all the amenities. Neighborhood is beautiful.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff who had to break to us the bad news that the pool was in deep cleaning mode. This was a big disappointed for us since we booked the hotel for having a pool. However, they went out of their way to arrange the possibility for us to swim at hotels in the vicinity (The W and Grand Hyatt) and they invited us to their daily happy hour drink and food buffet. Which more than compensated for the absence of an in house pool.
